I am deaf and I find it extremely frustrating that an organisation that deals with medication via their pharmacy show such a lack of awareness. The team are behind a barrier and a counter and a screen and yet still felt unable to remove a mask to ensure I could hear what was being said! It is no good speaking louder, I still can't hear you.
