I went into Boots at the Maybird center today to buy some number 7 buy 2 get one free offer. I was unable to find a single member of staff on the shop floor. At the pay stat ion there was one girl and a lot of people waiting to pay. I asked if she could find anyone. Eventually a member of staff arrived. I asked if there was anyone working on the number 7 stand.. she said that the girl was on her break and would be 20 minutes. I asked if she could help me with the products I was interested in.. she said no you need to wait for the number 7 consultant. So I left without buying anything.

I want to give a special thank you to Zenabe from Lancome. I popped in today for a concealer for my eyeshadow and made her pull out like 10 different shades and she was so patient with me. She was friendly and passionate about her profession! She gave me lots of types and made me feel very special ! She's a blessing to your company!
