Wonderful, friendly quality staff. Under staffed and over worked.. This is the ONLY town centre Pharmacy in town and it is hard put upon.... Please respect these hard working staff and give them your patience and respect... Unless they are eating sammiches and drinking Sangria.. Which they won't.

Better than average Boots store Pharmacy, health, beauty and food (meal deals, snacks etc). Also has a photo kiosk for instant prints. Pharmacy staff are brilliant. Knowledgeable, informative and friendly. Pharmacy gets very busy so there can be a wait at times. Health care staff are friendly and helpful - just not enough of them at times as the store gets very busy (corporate issue rather than the stores fault I’m sure) Beauty staff know there stuff and appointments are available (or just pop in) for matching services. Limited range of products as you would expect from a town store. Click & collect is available Offers an advantage card - earn points through purchases & offers and then redeem them in store. Parking available adjacent to store (Shaw Croft car park - pay & display). Disabled parking in front of the store.

Unfortunately I cannot give this review zero stars so one it is. Rude and unhelpful pharmacist, cannot comment on the rest of the staff which might explain the numerous positive reviews for the store in general. Incredibly unhelpful, condescending and wouldn't listen to the question.... The one and only time I will be stepping foot into this branch. If this is the type of service you're looking for, look no further than Boots in Ashbourne you will not leave disappointed.

Best Chemist in town!! Staff know their trade, and always helpful. Go here for your medicines. Also a good range of cosmetics, gifts etc
