It's not too shabby, store is nice if not a tad small. Took advantage of the 3 for 2 Christmas offers and you really can't go wrong. There wasn't enough people serving though which isn't great.

Went to book flu jab. Pharmacist was a professional caring person who quickly and thoroughly went through the paperwork, gave us the jabs and monitored for 5 minutes in case of any reaction. I would highly recommend her.
I visited the store this evening, I wanted two things, Pears hand soap and dextrose tablets. I have worked in retail, so I consider myself a polite and courteous shopper especially during this time of social distancing, I couldn’t find the the section I was looking for and a extremely and polite security guard showed me to the section, then I started to look for the dextrose, which I couldn’t find and I didn’t want to trouble him again so I thought I’d wait in the pharmacy que, there was one customer ahead of me who was being served, there were two people behind the counter, so I thought I wouldn’t be there long, how wrong I was, I stood there patiently there for an age, the staff were extremely chatty and nice with the gentleman they were attending to, I know they knew I was there, I was never acknowledged, reassured that they were busy and would be with me shortly, I knew my blood sugar was becoming low and just thought keep calm I would be seen to shortly, I had the opportunity to take a phone call and was still kept waiting, I was wondering would it be rude to interrupt, or ask for a chair, it was extremely frightening, then I noticed a lady with collect points t shirt and managed to ask her, she kindly showed me exactly where to get them and she was very pleasant, the till staff were pleasant, but on leaving the shop I couldn’t help thinking how very bad the service was at the pharmacy counter and recalling on the odd time I have had to use it, their attitude had been a bit off, I never leave poor reviews, if you can’t say anything nice, say nothing at all, but I feel so strongly about their attitude it needs addressing.
Not a big fan of this boots, security always make you feel inadequate.
