Second time ive been here for click and collect and this same woman has been unfriendly. It makes me not eager to book a click and collect because for some reason she is the one responsible for getting it and she just gets me scared with the way she shouts when she can't hear what you are saying. Asides this, the store is lovely and has a good variety of items for a small store.

Rude staff, staff walking round with masks under their chins or not over their noses and I was actually tutted at for asking for help! Superdrug here I come
