I know during a pandemic stores may choose to let fewer people in. But there were no signs at boots indicating this was their intent. One member of staff at the door who was totally rude and frankly looked down her nose at me. There was barely anyone in the store and no markings for where to queue so how did she expect me to know that’s their intent when a week before it was perfectly fine to walk in normally. Put in a complaint about the staff member and will be shopping locally from now on. Judging by the looks on people’s faces I wasn’t the only one she was judging

Normally a well stocked shop, but many many shelves empty. Maybe going to fill up with Christmas stock? Either way, Boots is still one of my favourite shops
