Staff very helpful, the shop is clean & tidy, with a one way system clearly marked, except not everyone visiting the shop followed the right way to go, but that doesn't affect the safe feeling when you yourself follow the way around the shop.

It's a boots, but this whitby branch really couldn't be bothered to show my wife where the talcum powder was for my son, and only referred her to look at the most expensive 'named' talc (one of the 'boutique' talcs) As we walked out, not having bought talc at exorbitant prices, we saw a whole rack of cheaper talcs at better prices. But having got cheesed of with lack of help, we went next door to super drug!
A good system is in place here to follow government guidelines and they do separate those who are getting prescriptions from those who just need over the counter products which reduces waiting times.
