I could not make my mind up what to buy for my very sore little toe because it has now developed into a very painful corn, A very polite and friendly young girl approached me and went above and beyond to help me choose the right product to solve my problems. I regret not getting her name as I can only describe her as having brown hair and glasses, with a great personality and a clear passion for her job and helping people.

This review is for Boots in general particularly the prescription service they offer. Following the advertising campaign of switch your prescription to Boots, it's so easy....don't be fooled. I switched my prescription and went into store to collect on the day they said it would be ready. This was 3 days before I went on holiday. No prescription. Worse than that they claimed they had no record of me, despite me doing it all online and having email confirming. Then it was too late for me to order again so I had to go on holiday with no drugs for my stomach which somewhat spoiled my ability to enjoy it. On my return I reordered my prescription and collected it from the Doctors direct. 6 weeks later I get an email from boots saying my prescription is now available to collect from the Leigh store. I called them and was told no prescription was there and they don't have my details. I've now missed another prescription and have reset up my details at another pharmacy. Boots couldn't explain any of it but there is clearly a massive breakdown in communication between the Boots central and the local branch. Do not use this service. Its literally made me ill.
