Boots like many other shops have settled into a safe system of operating under the new restrictions. Sanitisers and one way systems have become the norm. Unfortunately these systems only work when people are sensible and make the effort to social distance for the benefit of all. Accessibility is good, although subject to the previously mentioned restrictions and actions by customers, as wheelchairs can be soon surrounded by inconsiderate shoppers. Boots continues to be the go to shop for cosmetic goods.

Clean, bright location with lots of staff available on makeup and perfume counters. They were happy to help with samples. Very impressed with cleanliness of this store.

I love boots. I got a couple of bargains too. Buy one get one free no7 mascara, a free bronzing compact with several colours in it and a 10 per cent off voucher. Fabulous. X

Can't beat a large Boots store that has everything you need just like the Monks Cross one has. Lots of choice and very helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Boots at monks Cross are brilliant especially at the pharmacy they are extremely helpful and what I needed they ordered it for nxt day delivery at my home plus I treated myself to some lovely Anna sui perfume the bottle as a unicorn top and beautiful box with unicorns on it called fantasia beautiful scent ️
