Only went to the pharmacy, but the shop looked clean and tidy. The lady in the pharmacy was very friendly and really helpfull. I will use it in future.

I've been too nervous to visit the shops much lately, so I used click and collect service. I went to the counter to pay for a few items I'd picked up, didn't have to wait too long but unfortunately I have noticed during this difficult time that retail staff have taken to chatting to each other and only acknowledging the customer to ask for payment. When I asked about my click and collect order, I was told I have to go ' over there ' ? So off I went , to spend 10 minutes standing alone , over there. Eventually I went and found the member of staff who gave me that direction and she then came over there and got my order for me ? Good products, faffy service. Might of been an off day.

Average size boots, shelves look like they have been ram raided. Very messy hardly any stock. A bunch of 5 year olds would of done a better job.
