The staff are mostly lovely in this store but pharmacy I'm afraid with service is a bit hit and miss. Most of the staff try so hard to sort issues out with prescriptions. Always looks like they are shirt staffed and sometimes the que time can be 10 minutes or more..

Women with ginger hair who works on the pharmacy counter is incredibly rude. Went to pick up a prescription for a vulnerable person who is isolating and I was very rudely spoken to and was asked to stop looking around the shop whilst waiting for the prescription to be prepared, even when there was nobody else in the shop! Blonde lady on the door was the opposite, she was delightful and assisted me with finding some hand sanitisers. It’s a shame that the pharmacy counter has zero customer service!!

Niquitin minis on offer for10.33 in the both Kings Lynn stores but 15.50 in Downham Market. Rip off.

Good sized shop for the town ,saves going into Lynn ,if u need something in particular, staff are friendly ,helpful , carparking good , less than five mins to shop
