It is convenient. I normally only use it for the pharmacy as its just round the corner. Definitley not the fastest of workers and they love to chat whilst watching the queue form. Or that's how it looks from a customers point of view. An acknowledgment you are even there would be great start but once they do serve you they're always polite. Credit where credit is due and all.
Give out good selection of points on boots card for various things, can't go wrong with extra bonus points
Used the pharmacy last night, the counter is covered with perspex sheets, the staff wore appropriate PPE, very helpful and professional. As pleasant an experience as you expect from a pharmacy
