Made an appointment for a flu jab. Was shown composition of serum to check for allergies, explained possible side effects and checked a few minutes afterwards that I was OK. Very thorough and put at ease all the way through, including covid precautions

For a small shop it always has what you need, the staff are helpful,
Is it to much to ask for efficient service I had to wait for the person in front of me who was an off duty member of staff to finish gossiping with the sales assistant before I could be served
