The staff are fantastic and friendly. They have been so thorough with my little girl and have organised an immediate referral for an issue that she has. I couldn’t fault them and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you.

The regular staff are friendly, helpful and very professional. A recent eye test, however, was carried out by a locum who, when Boots asked for feedback, prompted the most scathing that I've ever written. Rude, arrogant, patronising, AWFUL. To be fair to Boots they said they wouldn't be using her again - wonder did others complain? Again, the shop staff are marvellous, hence 5 stars.
