Would have been great if you had updated the website to let customers know that you are currently shut on Mondays. It would have saved me a long drive only to see the handwritten note in the window.

Absolutely fantastic with my son who struggles in new environments and with new people. The staff were excellent and talked to him and explained everything that was going on. Thank you so much. I will be moving the rest of the family to you, far more professional an examination than recieved from other opticians

Not Happy !! Very poor selection of frames and quite dated. Could not afford to spend the amount for designer frames so chose from the standard range, this was not easy as the selection is very old fashioned. The assistant although pleasant was rather intimidating as she followed me round holding the frames I looked at. Therefore I chose hurriedly and I am not satisfied. My friends think they look very old fashioned. I was also charged for anti glare and Boots tried to talk me into thinner lenses at an extra cost as well. I then found out both of these would have been much cheaper at Specsavers only accross the road. What a shame I did not go there first! Boots also do not have a resident Optometrist so appointments are very scares and prone to cancellation.
