Great place. 55 minute wait to be served at cafe cos only one poor lady on! Shop shuts when session finishes so be warned.

I don’t normally even bother with reviews, but the service that I have received from this place has forced my hand to do so. I placed an order with the understanding that I’d have the product within two days. It’s now been over two weeks and I still haven’t received anything. I tried to email with no avail. I tried to ring into three different extensions to have nobody answer. The fourth extension number finally worked and I spoke with the manager who didn’t seem to care at all. He then informed me that the wheels weren’t in stock but they would ship the wheels out when they got them back in stock. Why would you advertise the wheels as being in stock if they actually weren’t? He then went on to say that I should have received an email a couple days after I placed the order notifying me of this. I didn’t receive any email, I checked. Literally the only reason that I placed the order online was so that I could get the wheels to my address in time, as there’s not any skate shops around here. If I’d known it would’ve taken this long, I would’ve literally just drove into London to go and grab a pack. Now that I want to go and get it, I’ve got to wait for my refund and when I asked this manager how long it would take, his exact words were “I couldn’t tell you mate”. What’s really annoying is that I work in customer service and I’d like to think that I know a little bit about how things should run. This guy showed no empathy towards me whatsoever and spoke in a nonchalant monotone voice as if he actually didn’t care at all (which, let’s face it, he probably didn’t). Almost as if the mistake wasn’t the stores fault. Not even a “sorry sir”. I am so taken back that this kind of customer service still exists in 2020. I won’t be shopping from here again to say the least.

Fantastic place to visit. Three humongous rooms for all levels. Good to see older people and dads skating. Sponge pit for the real deal nutters. Good small course for the younger ones my daughter loves it. Big shop if you need anything don't know how expensive it Is seemed ok. Cafe just small refreshments. Parents room didn't go in. Toilets are a disgrace though they must make a few bob you'd think they'd sort it. Sessions check before you go or you may be disappointed. Overall it's brill for skating bmx schooter rollerskates or inlines.
