Fantastic service from this company. Would highly recommend them. Nothing is too much trouble. Alarms they provide are very good. I have a pet so Chris recommended the appropriate sensors to enable my pet not to set them off so ensuring the house is always protected. Brilliant customer service and aftersales. Thanks Chris for my wonderful alarm. Angela.

I messaged Chris a couple of times by text message for help with my alarm, unfortunately because he was ill at the time he was unable to come out, however he went above and beyond and gave me multiple numbers to get a callout for today. I haven’t met Chris but for me this already shows a lot about his business and customer service. Thanks Chris
Massive thanks to the engineer, he helped out with our problem over the phone and talked us through the process to fix it, didn’t need to come out and and didn’t even charge us! Given me lots of faith in them as company who clearly aren’t out to rip you off. Definitely recommend and use again. Thank you!
Thanks Chris for a great job fitting my new alarm. Professional. Friendly and the price I paid was very reasonable for the quality alarm system you fitted. Definately reccomend anyone needing an alarm fitted look no further than this company. Cheers Chris Steve.
Excellent service, thorough understanding of our system, keeps up to date professionally with system changes. Felt confident Chris knew what he was doing. Great communication skills, great diagnostics skills and all round good service at a realistic price. Would recommend to others. Friendly and a great explainer !
