Went downstairs to find the café was closed - would have been good for there to have been a sign at the entrance! The store itself was well stocked, clean and tidy. Staff we encountered were very polite.

All trolleys and baskets sterilised at the door ad you take them back. Store veryclean and well stockef staff helpful and friendly. Smightky mire expensive than other ig stores but very good quality.
Great service, good humour,but not many tills manned, a woman on the till left a wheelchair man on a empty till and went for lunch!!, Not thinking of the disabled
