Pre ordered Christmas food from brochure but unfortunately nothing resembled any of the featured photographs and despite being given an allocated slot for collection I waited over an hour. It was complete chaos. Staff are very polite but do not seem very pro active.
Booths have customer service down to a fine art. Booths is the only supermarket in which I feel safe. Their staff are unfailingly pleasant, polite and helpful and their range of products is excellent for a smaller store. I inevitably come out of the store with extras, since so many of their products are irresistable. Thank you to all staff for all their efforts to keep us safe and please ignore the ignorant people who abuse you because you won't let them break the essential safety rules.
A great supermarket. The selection of products is very good, especially fresh, dairy and meat. I got the best pork pie for Christmas. It also has an excellent selection of German and Belgian beers as well. Staff all friendly, and it works on a sensible Covid-19 system.
Great place. Friendly team. Keep shelves well stocked. Safe shopping environment.
