3.4 stars ... 3.4... This absurd rating is only justifiable by any rational sane human being if 3.4 stars was the maximum value. The only 3.4 about not only this store, but the whole branch of Saddington's is that it is 3.4 times better than ALL of its competitors, in all measures of judgement, be it customer service, pricing, and standard of products. I've recently visited this store, and was amazed at the quality and array of supplies available. I've had a garage repair done previously, and the lads who came were very kind and efficient. They explained to me their procedures, and once it was done the garage was perfect. Okay, admittedly some people may claim it is expensive, however this small investment will sow an abundance of future profits due to the quality of the repairs, making any possibility of future repairs obsolete. In fact, I daresay that my garage will outlast Australia's longevity as a sovereign nation. Honestly, the only reason for any to give any review below 4 stars is if they were a Bunnings employee, worried that Saddington's will monopolise the industry with its pristine array of goods and services.

Good service and quick
Great bunch of blokes, need advice or not sure what's needed for the job they will help you out. Don't whinge or leave a 1 star when it's past their trading hours and they say what the sign on the gates has written about them being closed and they also probably don't know prices off the top of thier heads as they have lots on offer. If you can't make it there on time that's your fault not thiers.
Professional and very reliable
Drove past the gate and parked my car. Got out to walk in, Before i could ask a question. Large grey heading late 50's about 125kgs. Sorry where closed. About to asked a price only. He repeated himself sorry where closed. With his hamd out wide. This person acted and like a hotel dporman towards me. I worked im security and prison for over 31 years. Very unfriendly store , I drove out and and the sign had 1630hrs (4:30pm) close and i drive in at 1639hrs and the gates are open and people moving around the front door and yard. Welcome the 4:30 lock out guy/ doorman/ customer service person. Remember when shopping in this store, Keep an eye out when the Clock turn 1610 hrs: you may hear him call out: Last Tools call. no more looking after 1620hrs. Great to see there a company out there that give old Newcastle Doorman and Bouncer a day/2nd Job. Need to closed the shop or maybe needed to Start work at 1700 at a local Tavern or Pub in the Area
Got fire wood there the other day it was over priced, wet and old mate on the machine didn't tap out his bucket before he loaded me so wet wood was all covered with sydney sand not happy considering the premium price i won't be back.!
