I don’t write reviews unless a service is provided that is above and beyond and has been every time I go. Dr Singh is the best. I’ve been looking for a good doctor for so long. The receptionist are so lovely also. The surgery is clean and nice.

I was urgent and needed to book an appointment today very last minute and came across this family practice. I was blown away with how incredibly knowledged the doctor was & how good the service was. I am always very dissapointed when visiting a doctors I always find they act as they don't care. But the doctor I had today was really incredible. The lady at reception was also so lovely, she seemed to care so much about everyone walking in the door. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

I called last week concerned about my 10 month old daughter, an appointment was made available the same afternoon which I was very grateful for, she was refusing all food and drink, had a temperature, was lethargic and very much not herself. I was dismissed as being a panicked first time mum, being told not to worry about no fluid intake, there's no doctor in the world who could help me force my child to eat or drink. After a brief examination of just listening to her chest we were sent to the chemist for panadol. After a rough weekend my mummy instincts that were so abruptly dismissed told me to get her some help, we saw another doctor who looked in her ears and discovered both were very infected and did a mouth swab resulting in a positive test for the influenza virus. She's now on antibiotics to help her and her recovery has been significantly delayed as a direct result of your inaction. If a mother tells you her child needs help then pay a little more attention, she spends every waking moment caring for that child and knows them better than anybody in the world. A quick look in her ears could have saved my daughter a lot of suffering, i will not be making the mistake of trusting your health advice again.
