Dear Ross & Tracy Phillips International / Book My Space Having completed a very long 10-hours none stop unloading the huge truck with all our possessions by Nick and Jason, I have to say on behalf of Sonia and I that the service was exemplary. Any move is traumatic, let alone to a 17 room Chateau in another country, however, they were extremely pleasant to work with and nothing was a problem for them. The entire service from the initial call to you 4 weeks ago has been absolutely faultless. Thank you so much. 100% recommendation to anyone!

I've used Book My Space twice now. (The first time was to import a SUP during the initial UK lockdown). Service is brilliant. Fast and professional. Reasonably priced too. ️
Good things: nice removal guys, dolls houses received without damage. Bad things: We were quoted for a house move to the U.K. When we arrived we were told that half our plants had been left behind due to space, and they wanted another 150 to deliver them. This was despite them coming round to visit prior to our move. After a heated exchange they reluctantly delivered them, but failed to tell me they had broken one of my terracotta pots. Despite several emails asking for some compensation (I’m banned from phoning apparently) they have ignored me.
I cannot recommend these guys enough! We wanted to self-install a full Ikea Pax built in Wardrobe system, and having used BMS before for smaller items from Ikea, decided to use them again to ship our order. From start to finish, the communication was faultless and our (very huge) Ikea order was delivered seamlessly, intact and with care. I must admit, I was apprehensive getting such a huge delivery over to Jersey with lots of boxes - one small thing broken, or missing would have put a stop to our completed project. I didn't need to worry as everything from start to finish was faultless, the delivery guys were friendly and made sure the order was checked countless times and the office staff were super helpful and responsive over email.
