Another regular stop off point whilst cycling in the area. It's tucked away just down the lane behind the book shop and fairly quiet earlier in the day. A good selection of cakes, and after years of seeing the rainbow cake I went for it. I wouldnt again as too sickly for me.

Warm, cosy and inviting atmosphere. The staff are so friendly and helpful. With a wide range of cakes, coffees and savoury treats, Book-ish is a real gem on the Crickhowell high street.
Books and coffee is a winning combination. Bookish has an excellent selection of books in the front and a decent cafe in the rear. Great coffee from Black Mountain Roast and some really good cakes too!
