The only reason I avoid going to this store is the lady at payment desk. As I walked in only thing she said is they are closing soon which I am aware of as I have been using bookers for last 12 years. In my way out which was 15 minutes before closing time I had the pleasure of going to the payment desk. She did not make any eye contact never said a work apart from how much I need to pay. After the payment she pushed the invoice towards me and that was it. Even after I said thanks and take care she didn't say a word. She never smiles and always looks annoyed. Gateshead is my local branch and I only go there if I must only because of her.

I go to cash and carry several times, everything is fine and good.
Very quick everything in stock
No one appears to care about face masks or social distance. Not the most pleasant experience
The stock is very good but need to be improve one the ambience of the store.
