We have used Bookers on several occasions and they are just amazing. My Nan who is a dementia sufferer needed two new light fittings for the kitchen and bathroom. They took on the job at hand, the electricians were totally compassionate and extremely understanding. Workmanship excellent, tidiness excellent, time keeping excellent, Covid compliance, excellent. Absolutely fantastic! Can't fault them. Have used them on numerous occasions - always thoroughly professional courteous wouldn't use anyone else.
Asked them for a quote to replace a bifold shower door, it took 2 weeks for them to do a quote (they did not even come out) and the quote was 800. I did my own research and that brought the cost to 200 and their hourly rate was 45. When I asked why they estimated 13 hours to fit the door they got very cagey and would not give a straight answer. To my mind, someone was trying to pull a fast one on me and will not admit it. I am not happy with this, especially seeing as these guys used to be pretty good a couple of years ago.

I had a guy called Chris come and do an Electrical inspection and saftey test. My wife asked if he could wait 10 minutes for me to get home as she has a neurological disorder. He explained what he was going to do. After doing his inspection he said that we had a couple of faults which he the search for and fixed and replaced a smoke detector. If I ever need any electrical work doing again I would ask for Chris again.
