Our favourite bookshop. Not too big not to small and an owner who has great knowledge and taste when she stocks her shelves. We can always find a lovely book to enjoy with a cuppa. She is also very good at quickly getting a book to order. Enjoy.
Marvellous little establishment. The proprietor is a wonderful lady who can't do enough for you. She is very passionate about books and what she doesn't know about a book she instantly finds out. I was looking for a particular book I read as a child for my grandchildren and she found 4 more by the same author so I went for 1 and bought 5. The layout of the shop and presentation is excellent and the atmosphere and service is warm and welcoming. I'd not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
Absolutely brilliant. Was looking for something for my 7 year old son who is just finishing treasure island. Was recommended 2 books and I'm very happy with the recommendations. The assistant was very helpful and knew her stuff! She really is an asset to the business
