I placed my order at the 22th of November, Bonsaisense shipped it 5 days later. But Correos Express doesn’t could find my address two times in two weeks and was finally not able to deliver at the local Correos Office within an additional week. May this is Correos Express‘ fault but Bonsaisense was not able to take in action and find a solution for 3 weeks. This could happen on a European Shipping maybe. But I live only 40km away on Mallorca. So, shipping goods is something this online Shop isn’t capable well enough.
Hice mi pedido por internet para un regalo y estoy contenta, ha llegado en perfectas condiciones y en el horario solicitado. Ahora estoy deseando visitar el Centro y así iniciarnos en el mundo de los bonsais.
Gran variedad y amplia gama de precios, incluso los bonsais más jovencitos son bonitos y muy bien preparados.

Me encantó y me sorprendió, había visto tiendas de Bonsai pero no una en la que parece que estés en otro lugar, todo muy bien cuidad y mimado. Trato excelente.

Visita sólo por internet porque vivo en Miami. Maravilloso lugar, amigos espectaculares, arbolitos muy lindos y se lo recomiendo a todas las personas amantes del arte milenario que es Bonsái. Un gran saludo a todos.
