So far i can say that my experience went really well and Joe A helped me out a lot since I wasn't able to get to the dealership on time before they closed. He took the time and Facetimed me to see the vehicle and pointed out the scratches and tiny dents on the vehicle and when i agreed to buy. He went above and beyond as to delivering my car and also filling up the tank. I am grateful that he helped me out a lot. Today my family bought car number 4 from them. I often refer others to them because they work with you and have good prices. HOWEVER, Texas has a mask mandate, and NO ONE was wearing a mask. I sat in the car for four hours while my daughter bought the car. The manager NEVER CALLED ME BACK either.

They always treat me and my family well. It is one of the reasons I'll drive over 300 miles to buy vehicles from here. I've never had a bad experience from this dealer, and George Hiatt is always great to deal with. I've purchased straight from the lot, and ordered vehicles from him. Both experiences were great and met my expectations. Do not hesitate to take a drive here if you are from another location or local, they do not disappoint in any way. I will be a regular customer for the foreseeable future as long as they keep up the great work they are doing currently in Bonham.
