Great to have a quality, fast Chinese-themed mini-Hibaci grill in a popular, handy Hermitage location. Choose your bowl with a starch, protein, and veggies, add appetizers and sauces, then let the chef do the grilling as you pass through the line. Take-outs are easy. I would have given five stars, but the bowls are a bit pricey. We loved the variety, though, and especially the freshness. Easy pick up on the way home from work.

I got a regular bowl. The food looks like it would be really good!...But, it was very bland. They only give one container of sauce, and it's very small. Great selection of variety of veggies and meats though! Just need at least another container for sauce. Also, the bathroom was pretty dirty (walls and floor) and the walls and floor in the kitchen were very dirty and nasty as shown in the pictures...
My girlfriend and I had been looking forward to this for weeks, but after tonight I regret even going. We preordered our take-home meal online in an attempt to avoid waiting, especially not inside, and we were given a completion time of 30 minutes. We arrived at the appropriate time and found the place packed. Not only was our food not ready, but we were told they were understaffed and could not provide the "no contact" service advertised on the door. We waited another 10 minutes outside to avoid the people crowding in line at the front and near the pick-up area for the food. There was no social distancing to speak of in the order area, as another customer pointed out. And, of course, no one eating was wearing a mask in the dining area, as you would expect. When we stepped in to ask about our order, the first of two times, we were given a vague "it's on the way" answer by an employee we had watched continually wandering aimlessly around the front end. Over the course of that 10 minute wait, we watched her repeatedly and compulsively pull at her mask--pulling it below her nose, pulling it back up, sometimes pulling it all the way down. She fidgeted with that mask non-stop, and she was handling many of the food containers coming from the prep area--carrying bowls to tables and helping to pack to-go orders between her aimless adventures. It was clear she had no idea what she was supposed to be doing. When the front-end cleared briefly, I walked in and asked again about our order; it had finally made it to the grill more than 45 minutes after being ordered. They were apparently prepping the real-time, in-person orders and ignoring the online orders. And after all that, the food? Average. Nothing I couldn't have made myself at home with the same ingredients. And I had asked for my sauce on the side and instead received no sauce at all. Terrible service. Once and done.
This was our second time for dinner. Food tasted good, but organization and customer service is an issue. if there are 3 people on one check trying to enjoy dinner together all 3 bowls need to hit the table together. 2 came out then about 10 minutes later I had to go check were my dinner was. NOT GOOD ️ I noticed that several orders of food being delivered to the wrong table too.
I really like their layout, pay upfront, build bowls, find a seat, and then have the food brought to you. They have a great selection of meats and veggies, and are careful about double checking allergies!
Found a new favorite place to eat variety of fixings can't go wrong from. Normal to spicy hot sit down enjoy experience
Great cooks, great diversity of ingredients to choose from, from my experience, with two other people, we only had one problem. When I ordered what kind of starch to pick from, it gave gave me the option to add a fried egg on top for a dollar, which I picked, but it missed the egg, and other reviews have griped about customer service. Hope they can sort our these early setbacks, cuz the food is definitely worth the price.
The food was great, you will love it. It is easy to get into and out.
