I visited this place for a special occasion and absolutely loved it. The place was a bit small, but the tables didn’t feel cramped. The staff was extremely kind and very helpful, refilling water quickly and answering questions. The food itself was delicious. I personally enjoy spicy food, along with a large part of my family, and the food here was equal parts scrumptious and spicy (by request). Overall, I would definitely rate Bombay River a 5/5 and recommend it to anyone!

I always love dinner at Bombay River. The food is fantastic. Their service has always been exceptional but this evening really took it to the next level. My 8 year old daughter joined my friend and I for a girls dinner out. She doesn’t particularly care for Indian food because of the spices. The waitress provided a coloring activity for her and continued to provide samples of dishes she thought my daughter would enjoy tasting. Overall it was a fantastic experience with amazing food. Thank you to the team at Bombay River for a great night out.
Hands down the best restaurant we've been to since moving to middletown 3 years ago. Went for a birthday dinner, 8 of us. They put together an awesome spread and were the sweetest, nicest people. We will be back many times!!! Can't wait till next time!
I had such a wonderful experience with good friends, the food was absolutely delicious and the portions are perfect for sharing. The owner and staff are so hospitable and friendly. They truly care about creating a welconing and warm atmosphere, they refilled water without asking and always made sure we were comfortable. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning.
We chanced on this place and the experience was great. Excellent service and good food. The chicken chettinad was really delicious. The only downer was the table next to us who were very loud the entire time. The group was oblivious of every one around them and unfortunately stayed for a long time. That said, the food and ambiance was delightful.
