Wanted to give 5* but was unfortunately slightly disappointed . Food itself tasted great especially the Paneer Tikka N Mushroom, had to order another plate. The same can be said for the Paneer Butter Masala for mains. Value for money was poor, chicken madras had 3 small pieces for 20. Food came hot but went cold quickly! The Bohri Lamb Samosa were 2 very small samosas for 10, that's 5 each for a small buffet sized samosa, clearly wasn't enough for a party of 5. Overall, Ambience was lively, more casual dining than fine but that's ok. Food presentation was average and decor ok. Wine menu was good but expensive again. Cheapest bottles were circa 40 for a 2017 and the average price was a bottle was circa 55. Booking a table was easy and the host was tentative and very efficient.

I've had a limited experience with fine dining, but honestly this place was well worth the visit, just for the excellent service, before we even got to the amazing food. We had their Express Lunch Menu 4 Course Set for 29 per head (before EOTHO added). The portion sizes are smaller, given its the express menu, but it was honestly just the right size portion over lunch. It was filling but not too heavy, while you get to try out different types of items from their set express menu. The chicken was very soft and tender while being cooked through, the currys were rich in flavour while not overpowering, and the rice and bread portion sizes were spot on, we had basically nothing left over and wanted no more. Their starters were small, but they were delicious. Definitely quality over quantity. The decor is the classic Indian train look, but it's kept cleaned and polished, with the theme also running downstairs too. Toilets were also clean. However, the service was exemplary. They refilled our water, took our plates away, very friendly manner, and informative about our choices. I'd like to give a shout out to Eleejus for the excellent service he provided in ensuring we were fed and watered. In short, a rare 5 star review, for a good price given the quality of food and service.

We had the tasting menu and I really loved the veggie selection was very tasting and the presentation was just fabulous. The staff where very accommodating, when I said one of the courses was too small they brought another plate. To top it off they brought these desserts out and the jalabi cheesecake is out of this world. Kudos to the chef and the team. Highly recommended. Thank you

Normally I have a great experience here... Last night was nothing to report home about, besides the overcooked tough lamb in the Janglee Mass and Dum Lamb Biryani!! Gave critic to the manager but he was not really interested! Think I will give this a miss for a while and go to Brigadiers where the food is consistent.
