Its a challenging time so when I ordered 2 meals for takeaway on NY Eve I wasn't sure I would get it. The delivery time was 80 minutes which seemed fair, but after 2 hours we gave up and called it a night after emailing and trying to call 10-20 times to check on the order only to find the phone line engaged every time. After 4 hours and we had already cooked our own food and eaten having given up, but a driver turned up with our order with no reasons for the delay and was surprised when I asked him to return the meal. I again tried to contact them for an explanation and to discuss not being charged and I was told a message would be left, however I wanted this to be resolved having already had our night messed around. A staff member came on the phone and immediately talked over me, was rude and said I would need to go on the website to arrange a refund...no apology whatsoever. When I complained at this saying I wouldn't go on the website, he said he would charge me anyway and slammed the phone down. I believe his point was that I was being unreasonable to be upset by this because he had done very well in serving most people well that evening...completely missing the point
