The kitchen design team especially team member Uwais, provided an excellent customer service. He gave us great advice even though we changed our mind so many times! Would definitely recommend Wren Kitchens.

Made an order and told the deposit. The order was then not confirmed so we had to chase it up and turns out that they had made a mistake and we were told we had to pay even more money and promised that this would be refunded once the kitchen had arrived, the kitchen has now arrived and they are now refusing to refund us our money even though we have it on a confirmation email. We have been spoken to like we are in the wrong and belittled. Also once the kitchen has arrived they are telling us the extraction fan is on back order and will not be here for another 3 months. Never had such bad customer service, will not be using again and would not recommend this company to anybody they are only bothered about taking your money. Every apology has been followed by a “but” there for no apology has been given. Very disappointed.
My review is based on the store at Bolton Gate. My new kitchen is almost finished. Just the tiling to be done and painting to be done. Frank Whittle came out and measured up and Stuart designed the kitchen allowing me to have everything I wanted. Excellent customer service and lots of different units and colours to choose from to suit all budgets. I had read and heard lots of bad reviews about Wren kitchens and how units were damaged and poor service but nothing could be further from the truth. The delivery was excellent and arrived during the timeslot I was given. They rang a short while before coming to confirm they were on there way. Working in insurance (freight liability) I know the importance of checking the boxes for damages and the delivery drivers didn't have an issue with me checking all boxes as they offloaded them from the truck. I would definitely recommend Wren kitchens.. I didn't however use their fitters as they were very expensive. Instead used a company who came highly recommended and who fit hundreds of Wren kitchens. They were Skyline Kitchens and can be found on Facebook. The photos show the before and after and it's totally changed my room. I love it and can't wait to start using it.
