I’m future please state that you have 2 separate numbers to ring if you hold a Britannia savings account. After waiting 10 minutes to be spoken to I was then transferred and then the call failed. I then had to ring back the same number to be delayed by another 15 minute wait. I have now been given the number for the Britannia line and have now got to wait another 10 minutes. Very frustrating, really not worth the hassle of ringing up unless you have a full day to wait to speak to someone.
Such poor service, only 1 person on counter. had a meeting and the co operative girl was 20 min late. Head office seem to lose any paperwork sent to them, AVOID....
A young lady who's surname was Bailey ( I forget the Christian name) attended to me and my son. What a lovely young lady, very friendly and polite, an absolute credit to the branch.
I've been trying to ring all day and no answer this is shocking just answer the phone
