We visited this shop on Saturday afternoon on the recommendation of our son who said he had fantastic customer service. If you want good old fashioned service with helpful courteous staff and great value products this is the place to go. When we took the tv home we were uncertain how to get freeview and upon telephoning Rakesh he offered to come round after he had finished work to set it up for us. He took us through the steps with patience and we managed to find freeview. Don’t know where else you can get this sort of excellent service from. Keep up your standards rakesh will be back Anne and David

If you have a problem with something you have bought from them don't bother contacting them for help. If you do contact them they will say that they'll sort things out but after that they will totally ignore your calls emails etc..
