I see specialist nurse Michael Cook on a regular basis. He is absolutely fantastic. Very knowledgeable. The receptionists are polite and go the extra mile. They also look after my 9 year old son and do a great job!

My girlfriend's ultrasound results were lost. A year later they found I it. Every week they say something else. One visit to the Polish doctor And we know what's wrong.. In my opinion, that slaughterhouse should be closed. It's a waste of money on people who don't have any qualifications. Fakes doctor fake medical centre. Never ever again. Li lied and nasty. It's not just my opinion I don't know anyone who has a good opinion of this butchers. There are many other Medical centers and Farnworth. Please avoid this pleace if you would like to be alive

Receptionists have always been friendly, helpful and obliging and do their best to find you appointment. Friendly, knowledgeable, caring, sympathetic and helpful nurses and doctors. Online systems that are easy to use, remote consultations are a bonus for people who have difficulty getting to the surgery. Repeat prescription easy to request. Thank you to all the Team for being there for us especially during these difficult/frightening times.

the reception staff think they are medically qualified and are so dismissive of people and talk down to people/patients not knowing if the people/patient is medically qualified..when they are questioned about some medical term they have tried to baffle the person on the other end of the phone with, they become quite defensive and tell you you have to make an appointment with a G P or put the phone down. I would not recommend this doctors practice.

I have been a patient at Stonehill practice for over 10 years & the entire team from the receptionists to the doctors have always been very patient centred . It has been especially helpful to have telephone consultations which means I do not need to take time off work & be offered a number of different options of collecting my prescription. The team have also rang me on occasion to check I wasn’t developing any side affects from my medication and to ensure I was having my appropriate checks which was a nice touch. A big thank you to the team who are providing excellent quality care in exceptional times.
