We had a great experience with the audiologist,he was very patient with my dad, explaining all he needed to know. I really appreciate that he helped us to get through GP 's birocracy and speed up getting the hearing aids for my dad! We highly recommend Scrivens Bolton, very professional team! Very happy and nice and accommodating people work here. All the team knew what they were doing but for a change from other opticians I never felt pressurised. I quite enjoyed using these guys. They didn't moan when I had to change my appointment times on more than one occasion either which was nice I thought.
