We would not recommend O'Neill's Decorating Centre after our negative experience with their customer service, pricing and store policies. In search of the Johnstone's Quick Dry Gloss Paint 1.25L - Brilliant White, we rang the O'Neill's Farnworth branch for a stock check. Argos has the same product for ten pounds however; with our preference to always support local small businesses we decided to purchase from O'Neill's. The transaction was not simple and we had issues with their no refunds policy on unused paints, cans had different priced labels which led to confusion at the till. O'Neill's has such poor service and lack of understanding when it comes to obvious errors from their own staff on pricing, differences in opinions when their own product price list book lists otherwise, impoliteness and arrogance when the customer points out their own mistakes that they have now forgotten what it means to give good simple basic customer service.

We were looking for wall papers for our living and dining rooms. We were able to find lovely wall papers and impressed with the way the wall papers were displayed. Customers were able to visualise how they would look in their rooms, especially the matching wall papers. We were given adequate time during our decision process by SHARON. She was patient, offered advice and supported us immensely through out the process. We should have known this company when we first moved into Bolton over a decade and a half years ago.

The staff in this store are amazing. As soon as you walk in they are there to offer you advice and help to choose your wallpaper. The ladies working in this store are lovely and made my experience very comfortable. Thankyou ladies
