Absolutely brilliant service. In all honesty, I only thought to take my custom to National because of the really poor customer service that I recieved at another nearby tire-fitter. Glad I did. Tire replaced within 20 minutes and no fuss whatsoever. I will definitely be heading to National first next time.

The boys in the National Tyre centre, Bolton, were there at closing time last sunday, when I had a problem with my headlights. They were so helpful. The younger lad asked if everyone had got out of the car (social distancing awareness) and asked us to take a seat in the waiting area. My son, who was with me, has Autism and special needs, but was made to feel welcome and comfortable. The other lad, who I presume was the manager, drove my car into the work bay and between them both they did a full light check and even checked my tyre pressures. Nothing was too much trouble. I felt safe driving my car in the bad weather. Thank you to both of them for looking after us both. Excellent, professional service, while maintaining social distancing and wearing PPE.
