Asked for Jalebi without sugar but they said they cant make it when it has no extra cost or effort to make it. Very dissapointed

Make very good samosas at a good price. Sweets are very good as well. And well priced.
I brought 10 shami kebabs and found hair in 3 of them, I then threw away the remaining 7 for health reasons. After going back and speaking to staff, they advised me to ext time bring back the kebabs and they will provide me with something else\. They were not apologetic at all, and told me it was not their fault as the kebabs were made in another branch. The staff failed to do anything else regardless to say I will not be coming back to this shop.
