Never been helpful whenever I go. Give medication without bags which is a paper bag, just handover the meds and you have to hold them your bare hands. Display lack of knowledge as they have no idea about the meds which are on the shelf across. They even didn’t know about the Vitamin B complex. I found out at the shelf. Yes you are Lloyd’s pharmacy but this is unexpected that you have no idea about anything put on shelf. Today 11 March 2020.The time was approximately 2.15 pm Tyra the staff was chatting with another woman. it was a girly chat I could tell, both looked at me and was ignored when asked for assistance they looked at me again and I was completely ignored again. I was not well and couldn’t stand for long and had to raise voice so that if they have no excuse if they are pretending I’m not audible. Both came out instead one so they were not working it was a chat chat. Tyra didn’t want to serve. I asked about Vitamin B complex which Tyra said they never heard of is it in tablet form or liquid. Tyra said they have vitamin B compound and walked off. Another lady short in height and bit younger looking told me that this is prescribed and can’t give it to me she was bit polite and concerned as compare to others. Tyra went back at the counter and was chatting to another woman who was bit taller and made pony tail both were having good time and looking at me like making fun of me. I felt being bullied. Anyways they said they have no idea what is B complex so I started looking at the shelves again and found one. When asked are you new the taller lady defended every one saying that’s Sainsbury’s shelf and we don’t deal with that. I said but you should be helpful and a little concerned. It’s not the first time there is always something wrong there and don’t feel comfortable going there as have to prepare myself for their rude behaviour. Next time I have decided to make video of them and will post online as we don’t deserve such behaviour.
