Absolutely appalling service. Placed an order & paid extra for express delivery. Items showing as in stock ready for immediate dispatch. 3 days later & nothing. No email, no delivery, no call to say there was a problem. Called them to be kept on hold for over half an hour - only to be arrogantly told “Well we don’t have them in stock”. Well done for ruining 3 of my customers Christmas dinners. I strongly advise anyone to avoid these cowboys like the plague!!
