Car was booked for MOT and full service online. I was contacted via telephone and talked through booking which I was happy with so we proceeded. Car was collected promptly in the morning and I was kept fully updated throughout the day with emails and photographs of the items used to service the car. Car was returned and had been given a courtesy valet which was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend the guys at Heaton Garage, don’t hesitate to use them!

Took my A class in for an MOT and diagnostics due to check engine light. They got the Mot done and sorted my car very quick and kept me up to date with what was wrong and what needed doing. Very reasonably priced and professional service. Even valeted my car for free. Highly recommend.

Legitimately great service & personal experience. For me, it was a last-minute, unexpected deadline issue and these guys were simply the most local for me. In circumstances such as this, you can probably admit that there are sometimes feelings of anxiety about \a business I don't know\ or \can I risk bad service?!\ But I left Heaton MOT Centre with confidence, a smile, a healthier wallet than I had expected because of issues I'd started to have, and such a trust in their competence that I'm very sure I'll be contacting them again in the future as my first-call garage. Maybe even when my service is due next year.
