Purchased a Bosch oven from here 3 weeks ago. Service was impeccable. Great customer service and was helped to the car with my purchase. Oven has been working great and got it for a lot less than on any other website I looked at. I've had 3 appliances from this retailer so far with no issue and wouldnt hesitate in using them again. Highly recommended.

These guys are out of this world amazing! First the prices. You can't believe the offers they have for like new returned items that work perfectly. The projector I ordered is literally brand new, in what I can only assume was returned as the buyer changed their mind. As it'd been plugged in (can't imagine much more than that) then ElekDirect test, list and resell with a 12 month warranty. I ended up with a 1,000 4k projector for 500! Next the service. This is where these guys really stand out and shine. I ordered in the afternoon and the next day it was at my house. I appreciate the store is in the same town I'm in, but still! I ended up with a slightly different model than I thought and after emailing they replied immediately (I can't remember a time when any provider did that, with days and even weeks being the norm anywhere else). A quick exchange of emails and my query was resolved by Matt, who was amazing. 6-Star Service if it went that high! 100% these guys are getting all my money for electrical goods in future. I honestly can't believe how good they are. Only thing I'm worried about is telling others as I kind of want to keep this a low key secret for myself! Already shopping for what I buy next!

We recently bought a cooker. Our first purchase was damaged in transit. It was just before Christmas but the team were really helpful and found a solution so we could cook our Christmas dinner! After Christmas, they arranged for the original cooker to be picked up and replaced - no questions asked. Elekdirect answered the phone promptly and kept us updated making what could have been a very stressful time no problem. We are very pleased with the final outcome and our new cooker.
