Shocking service took our money forgot to place our order now want to charge us extra 70.00 to get same thing, that's after they sent us to 3 stores saying they had them in. So they still have our money we have no TV for our son for Christmas but if we pay them more we can have what we paid for last week! I'm sure this must be illegal

Click and collect system they have in place is not the best. We sat in our allocated collection bay for 30 minutes. Staff in store helpful though and sorted out order quickly when we went inside.

One of the worst experience. Ordered dishwasher, washing machine and an American fridge. Everything was changed and took them a month to tell me items not available. Had to reorder another one. Really incompetent staff offering what they don’t have and no clue how to make customers happy. Paid nearly 2k of appliances and this incompetent people didn’t even installed the washing machine because they installed the dishwasher first. They really have no clue in customer service. Go somewhere else if you’re looking for quick delivery and good service.
