John was a treat to deal with. Whilst I could have got a slightly better price going to London, he made me such a good offer that it wasn't worth my time travelling down, plus it was nice to support an independent who goes out his way to accommodate you. Not only was he incredibly informative on Gold he was considerate in making sure I was happy with the deal, ensuring all the transactions were completed in a swift and satisfactory manner.
