Do not buy from these crooks! They have no care for their customers. We bought over 20.000 of goods from them which they over-charged us by 20% (due to the VAT refund scheme that was not eligible), it took us 14 months to recover the 4.000 with the help of a Debt Collection Agency. After that, they did not even care pay for the mere 450 collection costs, which they were also asked for. Is it how you want to be treated as a customer? As long as you give them the money they'll be nice to you but as soon as you're asking your money back, they do not give a damn. Be careful before doing business with these people.

Complaint ignored by the Management! I ordered in a rush and made this clear. Items turned up but not what I ordered. One duvet cover was stained yellow and pillow cases thrown in a box (unpackaged). I needed to use the items to fill demand. I was told nothing could be returned as it was used, fair enough I guess, but I was sent the wrong items and one stained and unpackaged. I was offered 10 discount on my 250 order which I refused and asked to make a formal complaint. I sent the formal complaint and got completely ignored by management. Wont be using this company again if thats the way Management see fit to address a complaint. Very unprofessional
Absolute Home Textiles have been brilliant in every way. Sid from Customer Service was extremely helpful and informative and I was able to place the order over the phone. He kept me well informed as to when the parcel was being delivered, which was the following day. The colours are true, as shown in the pictures and the quality is extremely good. I would highly recommend the company as well as the products, they will last for years. P.s Sid needs a medal for putting up with me!
Really great experience with absolute textiles. Ordered good Friday delivered following Tuesday, then so happy with the quality of goods I ordered more on the Tuesday and they delivered again on the Wednesday. I will definitely be using them again. Very friendly and helpful
The quality of the most expensive tea towels is very poor. They are advertised as super absorbent, this is not at all the case.
