I had a great sandwich to take away. Fresh focaccia and nice meat. Very friendly and fast service, considering they were quite busy at lunchtime - which is a good sign! Highly recommended!

It is absolutely amazing. If you want to try a proper italian panino you should definitely give this place a go.
Very Tuscany oriented, the Prosciutteria served very nice boards of cured meats and cheeses. It's something quite common around Bologna city center but the plus is the \schiacciata\ and a few hit meals. Their wine selection is from their own cantine, Chianti is a must! highly recommend
This place is so amazing! We ended up going there twice during our stay in Bologna. The first time we ordered a medium meat and cheese platter for 3 people (10 pp) and a bottle of the red Chianti Classico (18). Both were delicious! The next evening we came back for some more cheese. So we ordered a small cheese platter for 8 and a bottle of the red house wine for 9. Again, we enjoyed everything! The service is friendly, the music is great and the atmosphere is very relaxed. I'd go back anytime!
Very good place for our brunch. Great taglierie with salumi and fromaggi!! Wine was also really good!! Just the white cream on the bread was not my taste. Nonetheless we will surely come back!
