Shame on the Italian authorities- they could do better. All this mess because of a paper and pen. 2 hours to pass immigration.

Just arrived from London to Italy. Well during the documents checking took me quiet sometime but anyway part of it .
Weird airport design, has check-in booths in the bottom floor although it is a double floor airport. No bridges for planes.. It has a Carrefour to do shopping before your departure and a very good pizza restaurant. If you fly in business or have a priority card you won't enjoy this airport. There are two major issues: when you arrive they don't care about your luggage priority sticker so you may wait a great deal, also no priority customs. When you are departing there is a good lounge then priority security control then you wait in line again for customs and it is kind of risky as it may be crowded.
It was incredibile how to the fast covid test was managed today. 1h,15m outdoor in a lane without roof. 40 eur stolen from my walket. Ridiculous.
