I have visited this garden center multiple times over the years and they have always had good quality plants. I recently bought three apple trees and they were excellent quality. I am writing this review after buying similar trees from another another online retailer (which will rename nameless). I was really disappointed. I wish I had just made another repeat trip to Bolney Nursery as I did not realise how good quality and value thier trees were. I won't make that mistake again and will support my local nursery

Love looking around here. No pressure and the owners are so helpful. They didn't have what we were looking for today but gave us lots of advice and recommended another nursery which they thought would be able to help us and all with a smile. Very generous and def makes me want to go back.
I hate to write a negative review but we had a very different experience. We have bought half a dozen pots from here this summer including one for 69.99 which within three and half months developed two large cracks much to my dismay as it stands in a small courtyard out of harms way. I was advised to email photos to the proprietor who hadn't responded after two weeks so we went in. He was so accusatory and defensive suggesting we had knocked it and this would never happen. He insisted we take the pot in even though it housed a large tree and I pointed out that it would break due to the cracks but he insisted saying he would show it to the supplier. His customer service skills were non existent!!! Surely as a business owner you would see what you could do to make it right. After raising his voice with my partner on the phone he begrudgingly gave us a refund. All the other staff are lovely but be warned he is INCREDIBLY unpleasant!!!
Good selection of plants and pots. The garden centre is much bigger than it looks as there even more plants on the upper terrace. No cafe.
Amazing family run garden nursery, kind and friendly staff members willing to help. Brilliant range of garden products, ranging from plants to machinery and other garden essentials! Excellent service and products.
